Community Partners include individuals and businesses that volunteer, mentor and participate in activities within Alief ISD. A little time can make a world of difference to a child of any age.
New and returning volunteers must complete the volunteer application each school year. Once the application is approved, the volunteer must obtain the required volunteer badge.
To apply to become a volunteer, the individual must be 18 years of age or older. A volunteer follow the volunteer application process before he or she can mentor, chaperone field trips or volunteer through the school or district with students.
To apply to become a volunteer or for more information, please call the Volunteers in Public Schools (VIPS) website or call the VIPS Office during normal business hours at 281-498-8110, extension 29029. You can also email the VIPS specialist at yanais.serna@aliefisd.net
